In educational and informative sessions, I work with individuals and couples who want to resolve issues such as: erectile dysfunction, dyspareunia, vaginismus, premature issues, (the clinical term to "not going over the edge" I'm not allowed to use), become a better lover, intimacy issues for couples, post sexual trauma and sexual healing and recovery. These sessions educational are not meant to be any form of psychotherapy.
Sessions for: Couples, men, women. The picture is of me working with a couple to enhance the intimacy between them. I do not work with a partner.
As a somatic educator, I teach you techniques to open your (and your partner's) body awareness and really get in tune with sensations and control allowing you to heighten your experience. Too often, we are detached from our bodies and in our heads. I'll teach you to let go of the mind.
I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology. I have 2 masters degrees in Marriage Family Therapy and in Teaching H.S. Biology. My undergraduate degree is in Biology. I am certified in cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy and have studied energy psychology. I have completed EFT-1, EFT-2. I am a certified educator through the Institute for Advanced Study of Human (not allowed to use the last word of the University in San Francisco).
